This one-of-a-kind stoneware vessel combines functionality with sculptural artistry, making it a striking piece for both everyday use and display.

Material & Process: Wheel-thrown from white stoneware clay and fired to 1245°C / 2273°F for strength and durability. The lid is freehand cut, and the whale’s tail is sculpted and attached with care.

Design Details: Features a hand-carved inlay drawing, filled and painted with underglaze like a watercolor for a distinctive finish. Both the interior and exterior are fully glazed with a glossy transparent glaze, enhancing the colors and providing a smooth, polished surface.

Capacity: Holds approximately 150 cubic inches—suitable for use as an urn for up to 150 lbs body weight equivalent.
