Lava Deco Botanical Jar 2M Maple

This one-of-a-kind stoneware lidded jar brings together sculptural form and expressive glaze—both a functional storage vessel and a quietly striking object for the home.

Material & Process: Wheel-thrown stoneware, fired to 1245 °C / 2273 °F for strength and durability. Finished with a mixture of glazes that create a textured white lava-like surface. The interior is fully glazed for a smooth, practical finish. The jar features a freehand-cut lid with an added branch-like handle.

Design: The white lava glaze forms an organic, cratered surface that gives the piece a tactile, volcanic character. The branch-like handle adds a natural, sculptural element, balancing the raw texture of the glaze with a delicate detail.

Uses: Ideal as a kitchen canister, covered storage jar, or a small animal urn. It can also serve as a unique wedding gift or one-of-a-kind art gift.
