Lava Deco Botanical Maple Jar 2M

This one-of-a-kind stoneware lidded vessel blends craftsmanship, symbolism, and natural materials, making it both a functional container and a sculptural art piece.

Material & Process: Wheel-thrown stoneware, fired up to 1245 °C / 2273 °F for strength and durability. The lid is freehand cut and finished with a natural branch-like handle. The interior is fully coated with a food-safe white glaze for practical use.

Design Details: The exterior combines a mixture of glazes and underglaze with areas left unglazed to reveal the natural clay body. Tape-resistant decals create expressive contrasts against the textured white lava glaze, giving the piece depth and character. The organic lid detail connects the vessel to nature, while the layered glaze and bare clay surfaces highlight its unique, one-of-a-kind presence.
